If you are a merchant with an active merchant account and need
assistance or have questions, please call the number listed below and select the "Sales" option (please have your merchant account ready
when calling).

Not Sure who your processor is? The processor's name is displayed
at the top left of your merchant statement. If you can't find a
statement, give us a call at 866-348-1539 and we will look it up
for you.

Don't recognise a charge on your bank statement? SmartMerchant Solutions never automatically withdraw funds from your account for services that we provide.
Instead you will receive an invoice to pay. Merchant account fees and gateway fees are billed to your bank account directly by the merchant account processor
or gateway provider. You will always receive a statement which details these fees. If you can't find your statement, give us a call at 866-348-1539 and we will look it up
for you.
